About Mupose

Mupose is a platform operated by PT Riung Karya Indonesia ("Mupose", "we", "us") that lets you launch and run an online store. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to distribute harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments, Billing & Refunds

All transactions on Mupose are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Paid subscription plans (Beginner, Pro) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout).

Subscription fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the period already paid for. AI credit purchases are likewise non-refundable once completed.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
